Identify the easy-exploiting security flaws - in real-time
As Security Consultants, we use our field experience to integrate the best security practices into a single tool. Indeed, IKare includes a Security monitoring scanner working in a close loop with Vulnerablity Assessment one. This unique technology increases accuracy of security flaws detection and reduces false positives.
A powerful scanner: VSec
IKare VSec is a light scanner which does not impact systems and runs fast to give to users a “real-time” view. This technology is developed in our lab by pentesting engineers, to target easy-exploitating flaws. Originally conceived to perform more efficiently intern intrusive audits, VSec scanner automates a large number of scripts: Netbios, LDAP, SNMP, FTP, NFS, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle… Now, the scanner is completed for extern servers with HTTP, SSL, WEBApps, DNSn SMTP, SSH… to perform both intern and extern scans as the vulnerability scanner.
IKare VSec process differs from the vulnerability scanning one by keeping the “memory” from the previous scans.
- Discover Assets - Vsec first run discovers the network assets and add them to the mapping: open-ports, applications, operating system…
- Identify easy exploiting security flaws – IKare Vsec performs basic and best practice security tests to identify easy-exploiting security flaws (example: sharing with low restrictions)
- Detect changes – Vsec scan detects the inappropriate changes on network by comparing data with the previous one (example: a new user become admin)
- Prioritize the security flaws - IKare's comprehensive dashboards allows you to manage the most dangerous security flaws by priority.
- Analyze the security flaws - IKare’s reports provide both executive summaries and detailed analysis to make easier and faster the remediation.
Benefits
- Complete Vulnerability scanner by a pentesting experience: detection of common security flaws.
- Offer a real-time vision of network assets state through short interval scanning; one to six hours.
- Detects inappropriate changes on networks.
- Agentless scanning technology: doesn’t impact resources.
